having the beautiful swan lake iris gardens just a few steps away was perfect for my city explorations, and being only a 5-minute drive from the sumter county museum made my weekend filled with nature and local culture.

My stay was fantastic, as the hotel is conveniently situated just a short walk from the scenic Swan Lake Iris Gardens and only a few minutes from the Sumter County Museum, making it easy to soak in the local culture and enjoy nature. plus, the staff were friendly and the suites clean, providing a comfortable home base for my weekend adventures.

I was shocked to arrive at a dark, locked office. After calling the number, I learned that the person had just undergone major surgery and wouldn’t return. This left me scrambling for another place to stay, despite having a reservation clearly visible on my phone.

the stay was, um, decent, but the hideaway bed was absoultely not comfortable, not to mention i had to wade through a sea of mediocrity just to get help from a staff member. i expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my inconveniences, but i just couldn’t with all these issues piling up. good luck, i guess.

Just an ideal choice for a short visit in Sumter with exceptional value. The laundry facilities were nice and clean, which helped me a lot during my stay. Grab a queen mattress pad for extra comfort if you’re staying longer.
